For those of you that have bad credit and need a credit card or a checking account, I've found a website that offers one without a credit check or income requirements. It's www.EspreeCard.com The checking account that they offer along with the card does not use the Chex system, so you are guaranteed an account. Another website I found with a wealth of information is: www.chexsystemsvictims.com This site actually lists banks that do not use the Chex System to determine whether or not they will give you an account. One of the best ways to save money on grocery shopping is to take 1/2 hour to an hour a week and look in your weekly circulars and plan your meals around what's on sale. You should also buy a few Sunday Papers to clip coupons, then match them up to what's on sale that week. Find out your store's policy on buy one get on free's. Ask them if you only purchase one of that item, if you get it for half price or if those items are both full price and then deduct the second one making it free. If the first scenario is true, then sometimes you can almost get the item for next to nothing if you also have a coupon. Also find out your store's policy on double coupons.
